Welcome. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and a physician with specialized training in Psychiatry.

I hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), and completed postdoctoral research training at Harvard Medical School. My background includes more than 20 years of clinical, academic, and mental health experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
